Jason,
I can relate completely to your situation. There are 10 different solutions including what finally worked for me in my ebook. http://athletesfootcure.net/products-supplies/how-to-cure-athletes-foot/

Hoping to get some advise. I have been struggling with athlete's foot for about 2 years. This is the longest I have had it. I have tried so many creams and powders and nothing has happened. I work in an office setting so I have to wear dress shoes everyday. I have tried getting larger shoes but that seems not to help. I have been removing my shoes when I am at my desk so my feet can breath. I was hoping someone can relate and give me some advice.

Thanks!

Ryan,

Flip flops will help because they will help to keep your feet dry. However, when I finally found the cure for my condition I was wearing work boots all day long running a landscape business. The exact process and products I put together to cure my problem are detailed in my ebook. I believe that if you pay close attention to the treatment plan you will be able to continue with sports and see the athlete's foot disappear at the same time. Good Luck and let me know how it goes.

I have suffered for several years with it although I would think it was gone as I can go months without it and then out of the blue it shows up again. I only have one or two small red spots that appear on the sole of one foot. I use Lotrimin, etc. creams and sprays. I am wondering if my husband might have it and may keep reinfecting me throug the shower, bathroom floor, etc. He says he doesn't have it but his feet are dry and cracked on the bottom. The last two weeks I have sprayed clorox cleaner in the shower before I use it just to hopefully kill any fungus but I don't know if that is working as I have a break out now. Ugh!

Beverley,

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I believe there are a variety of cures for this common problem and maybe not the same for everyone but everyone should be able to find a cure. That is one of the main motivations to creating this site. I know I cured mine and I was in the same place as you. Resigned to never being able to cure it and suddenly I did. It was a miracle after 9 + years to see it disappear. It took me some time to really believe it was gone. Thanks again for sharing.

I had moccasin type athlete's foot for 4 years (the kind that spreads over the sole and sides of the foot rather than in between the toes) and even though I had miserably resigned myself to never being able to cure it, suddenly I did, with apple cider vinegar. It completely killed it off and I can't tell you how happy I was! I was somewhat skeptical before I tried it - but it really does work. You need to soak your feet in it daily - or dab the affected area with a vinegar soaked cotton ball. Give it two weeks and you should see a massive change. Good luck!
